Tinkoff Mobile fined for misleading ads over national roaming charges

Thus, as indicated in the agency, in the advertisement posted in “VKontakte”, the operator promised communication services without roaming throughout the territory of Russia, but did not specify at the same time that this offer does not apply to the territory of Crimea and Sevastopol.
