At the same time, the company has expanded the number of partners in countries where it already has the fastest mobile network. These are France (SFR), Greece (Wind) and the United Arab Emirates (Du).

O2 clients can connect to 5G networks in 29 countries now. The company has made 5G roaming available in ten new destinations.

5G roaming also works in Austria (A1), Poland (Plus), Belgium (KPN, Belgacom), France (Bouygues Telecom), Luxembourg (Tango), Canada (Bell and Telius), Kuvajte (STC), Iceland (Nova) , in United Arab Emirates (Etisalat), in Czech Republic (O2), Bulgaria (Yettel and Vivacom), Thailand (AWN), Denmark (Telia), Estonia (Telia), Finland (Elisa and Telia), Lithuania (Telia), Norway (Telia) and Sweden (Telia).

Telekom has recently expanded the number of countries to 19, 4ka has 5G roaming so far in seven states and Orange in five countries. Operators, with the exception of Orange, offer 5G roaming to all customers.

In Orange, only customers with the highest voice flat rate have access to 5G – for 65 euros. They do not pay extra for 5G. Clients with a flat rate with a fee of at least 20 euros per month must pay 5 euros per month. “Access to the 5G roaming network is on the same terms as at home. Customers who can use 5G in their home network can also use 5G while roaming, ”says Orange.

O2 expands its own 5G network to other locations in Slovakia. Since mid-March, the operator has covered 23 new locations, while in total O2 already covers 87 locations in Slovakia with the most modern network. At the same time, customers can easily check if they are in 5G coverage, on a map located on the O2 website.
