Tele2 users faced with roaming problems

According to Tele2, the problems with roaming, which began last Friday afternoon, have been resolved. However, at the time of writing, a short hour after the update, there are still Tele2 forum users who complain that they can not connect to a foreign network

Mobile customers of Tele2 currently staying abroad have been experiencing issues and problems with their mobile connection since noon on 4 August. More about Tele2 roaming problems find out below.

As we know, the malfunction seems to be affecting Tele2 NL, Sweden and Croatia customers abroad. There is no sign of an issue in the countries of residence and in national connections. Reports about problems are coming from all corners of the world.

Tele2 solved the problem after more than 24 hours, which meant that customers abroad could not make calls and use the internet.
The cause of the failure is an overloaded network abroad, the provider reported on his website on Saturday morning.  Tele2 confirmed all services are now back online and affected SIMS have been recovered.
A Tele2 spokesperson could not say anything about a possible compensation for their customers. tele2 roaming problems
