Yerevan airport launches mobile app for service information

The Armenian international airport Zvarnots near the city of Yerevan has launched a mobile application. The app can be downloaded for Android and iOS-based smartphones. Yerevan airport app

The free app enables the following features: Yerevan airport app

  • obtain information on all departures and arrivals,
  • obtain information on parking,
  • follow the flight in “Real Time” mode,
  • obtain information on services,
  • obtain information on the shops, banks and other services located at the Airport,
  • scan the boarding pass, etc.

Upon arrival in Armenia, you can pass a COVID-19 PCR sampling directly at the airport, which is performed by laboratories conducting laboratory tests for coronavirus disease (COVID-19) as defined by the RA Minister of Health instruction No. 04-13 of 13.05.2020.

We would also like to mention that if a person entering the territory of the Republic of Armenia doesn’t have symptoms of the coronavirus and hasn’t been hospitalized, he or she may choose either self-isolation for 14 days or taking a PCR test during a self-isolation and, if the person tests negative, he or she won’t have to self-isolate anymore.

“Zvartnots” International Airport of Yerevan, is the main air gate of the Republic of Armenia, which has been operating since 1961. Then, the airport envisioned handling of flights operated solely on the territory of the former USSR.

On December 17, 2001, the Government of the Republic of Armenia signed a concession agreement with the Argentine “Corporación América”, by which management of the “Zvartnots” International Airport of Yerevan was entrusted to “Armenia” International Airports” CJSC for 30 years. In June 2002 “Armenia” International Airports” CJSC assumed management of the airport. Since then the company has committed itself to the renovation and expansion of the airport. Yerevan airport app
