Vodafone Germany starts customer service over WhatsApp

Vodafone Germany announced a start to customer service over WhatsApp, claiming a first on the German market. This follows the recent introduction of Apple Business Chat, SMS and its own AI bot Tobi to serve customers, as the operator looks to digitise its operations further.
