The cost of roaming calls is sometimes higher than the cost of medical intervention abroad. In order to provide the client with the most favorable service, we have also created options for a free call and a company when reporting damage to travel insurance while staying abroad, “said Vladimir Milosavljevic, director of the Population Directorate, and announced the further development of these options for other types of insurance.

Free calling and chatting while staying abroad will greatly help our customers if they find themselves in a bad situation while out of the country. In addition to this new functionality, our clients are now, traditionally, in the summer with travel insurance at their disposal and free home insurance while staying abroad, “Milosavljevic added.
