Simply link your flight to your Bolt ride when booking, and they’ll adjust your pickup time based on your flight’s real-time status—at no extra cost. If your flight gets canceled, Bolt will cancel your ride for free, too.

How Bolt Flight Tracking Works

Bolt’s latest feature is designed to give you a reliable, stress-free airport pickup experience, even in the face of airline disruptions — because the last thing anyone wants after a long trip is to spend more waiting time at the airport.

Enter your flight number while scheduling an airport ride, and the app will automatically set your pickup time based on your flight’s real-time status. This means no last-minute rescheduling, unexpected wait times, or extra costs.

Anytime you schedule a ride and select an airport as your pickup point, you’ll be given the option to sync your Bolt ride with your flight’s arrival time. Here’s how it looks in the app:

1. Open the Bolt app and tap ‘Schedule’
2. Set an airport as your pickup location
3. Tap ‘Add flight details’
4. Enter your flight number, or search by airline or city
5. Set the pickup time and confirm your ride

You can also specify how soon you’d like to be picked up after landing, factoring in extra time to collect your luggage or go through customs. By default, the delay is set to 20 minutes.

Schedule a ride to and not just from the airport

While Flight Tracking is enabled for airport pickups, you can also schedule rides to the airport anywhere from 30 minutes to 90 days in advance.
