A1 Hrvatska teams up with Glovo to deliver products and services

A1 Hrvatska has teamed up with Glovo for delivery of products and services. Glovo will provide a fast delivery service of equipment collected from A1 points of sale. When subscribing for the Homebox service, Glovo collects the router from one of the A1 shops and delivers it to the user within 45 minutes.

Glovo users can order the A1 Homebox Duo and the router will be delivered to them by Glover, and future Tomato subscribers can order delivery of the SIM via Glovo. A new way of ordering and purchasing services is available in Zagreb, Zadar, Osijek, Split, Rijeka, Slavonski Brod and Sisak, and it will soon be possible to order other services from the A1 offer via Glove.
This way of purchasing services is a perfect example of the connection between A1 points of sale and Glovo, where A1 points of sale are points for picking up equipment, and Glovo is a service for fast delivery, thus providing the user with quick access to the service.

How to get A1 Homebox service?

When entering the Glovo application, the user enters the A1 store in the application and selects the Homebox service, after which A1 calls the user and finalizes the order. Glover collects the Homebox device in one of the A1 shops and delivers it to the user within 45 minutes who then installs the HB service himself. Ordering HB service through Glove is ideal for all those who in a very short time, without leaving their home, want to establish an online service that is high quality and fast and requires only a simple connection to the electricity.

How to get a Tomato postpaid tariff via Glovo?

Users will be shown a special category for Tomato tariffs within the application, which allows them to spend units on calls or surf the Internet in a combination of their choice. The user will be able to choose the Medium or Large postpaid tariff, enter all the data necessary for concluding a contract and within just 45 minutes in the comfort of their own home or office welcome Glover with a Tomato SIM card.
The advantage of this form of ordering for users is the speed of shipment, which is incomparably higher compared to any other service available on the market. In addition, the application interface is designed to be clear and easy to use, which will satisfy a large number of users for whom speed and simplicity are the main criteria when choosing a service.
