On January 1, 2023,Ā Ā new EU roaming regulations will come into force.Ā They consist inĀ lowering the prices of certainĀ roaming services within theĀ European UnionĀ and in the countries belonging to theĀ European Economic AreaĀ .Ā This imposes an obligation on operators to adapt their price lists to the new guidelines.Ā This will be done, among others, byĀ T-Mobile PolskaĀ .

From January 1 of next year, new EU roaming data limits will apply to T-Mobile.Ā Details for selected monthly fee amounts can be found in the table below.

The surcharge will be reduced after exceeding the EU data limit in Roaming Zone 1A.Ā It will amount toĀ PLN 10.43 for 1 GB of data transferred.
From the New Year, charges for other EU roaming services, charged under the Fair Use Policy, will also decrease.Ā Details are in the table below.

T-Mobile reminds us that if the above changes are not accepted, the operator’s customers have theĀ right to terminate the contractĀ until the date of their entry into force.Ā In the caseĀ of specific contracts, it should be remembered that T-Mobile will beĀ entitled to claim from subscribers a part of the relief granted to them.Ā The changes introduced by MagentoweĀ result from the provisions of lawĀ andĀ result in lower prices of roaming services.
Promotion for Great Britain
From January 1 to June 30, 2023, there will beĀ a new promotion for the UK Ā in T-Mobile.Ā This means that customers of the magenta operator during their stay in this country, depending on the offer they have, will pay:
- PLN 0.30 or PLN 0.49Ā per minute of voice call (also received),
- PLN 0.20 or PLN 0.30Ā per SMS,
- PLN 0.20 or PLN 0.49Ā for MMS (fee for each 100 kB),
- PLN 29Ā for 1 GB of transferred data.
