Play Poland announced roaming changes: incoming and outgoing calls in Europe will cost PLN 0.29 per minute, SMS/MMS are PLN 0.29 each, and data traffic is charged PLN 29 per GB. The prices are valid for customers who started contracts after 01 January 2021. play plus roaming

Play Poland informs users that from January 1, 2023, the operator is introducing the following changes to the use of services in the European Union.

1. Play lowers fees:

a) charged after using the GB limit in international roaming in the Euro Zone. The new price is PLN 0.01018600 for 1 MB (PLN 10.43 for GB, i.e. 1024 MB)

b) for data transmission in international roaming in the Eurozone, charged on the basis of the Fair Use Policy (additional fee). The new price is PLN 0.01018600 for 1 MB (PLN 10.43 for GB, i.e. 1024 MB)

c) for a call received in international roaming in the Euro Zone, charged on the basis of the Fair Use Policy (additional fee). The new price is PLN 0.01 per minute

2. Due to price changes, GB limits for data transmission in international roaming in the Euro Zone are increased.

3. The above changes reduce the prices of telecommunications services and additionally result from changes in the law, i.e. Regulation (EU) 2022/612 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 6 April 2022 on roaming on public mobile communications networks within the Union. If you do not accept them, you may terminate the contract for the provision of telecommunications services (the “Agreement”). You can do this until the date of entry into force of these changes. However, if Play granted you promo when signing the Agreement, the operator may claim a special fee/contractual penalty from you. Its amount will not exceed the promo granted to you, and will additionally be reduced by its proportional value for the period from the date of conclusion of the Agreement to the date of its termination.

Promotions for Great Britain play plus roaming

Also on January 1, 2023, the “Brytyjska 2” and “British for Plus na Kartę and Plus MIX 2” promotions will start and will last until June 30 next year. The following charges will apply for international roaming calls within the UK and Gibraltar :

• for customers of subscription offers:
  • voice call made from Great Britain or Gibraltar to Poland and within Great Britain or Gibraltar, as well as voice calls received in Great Britain or Gibraltar – PLN 0.29/min. (per second billing),
  • sending text messages from Great Britain or Gibraltar to Poland and within Great Britain or Gibraltar – PLN 0.23/each,
  • sending MMS messages from Great Britain or Gibraltar to Poland and within Great Britain or Gibraltar, and receiving MMS messages in Great Britain or Gibraltar – PLN 0.23/each,
  • data transmission in Great Britain or Gibraltar – PLN 29/GB (billed every 1 KB),
• for users of pre-paid and Mix offers in Prosto na Kartę, Plus Elastic na Kartę, Nowy Plush and Mix X tariffs:
  • voice call made from Great Britain or Gibraltar to Poland and within Great Britain or Gibraltar and voice calls received in Great Britain or Gibraltar:
    • in the Prosto na Kartę, Mix X tariff – PLN 0.35/min. (per second billing),
    • in the New Plush tariff – PLN 0.39/min. (per second billing),
    • in the Plus Flexible Card tariff – PLN 0.49/min. (per second billing),
  • sending SMS from Great Britain or Gibraltar to Poland and within Great Britain or Gibraltar:
    • in Prosto na Kartę, Nowy Plush, Mix X tariffs – PLN 0.35/piece,
    • in the Plus Flexible Card tariff – PLN 0.29/piece,
  • sending MMS messages from Great Britain or Gibraltar to Poland and within Great Britain or Gibraltar and receiving MMS messages within Great Britain or Gibraltar:
    • in the Prosto na Kartę and Mix X tariffs – PLN 0.35/piece,
    • in the New Plush tariff – PLN 0.40/piece,
    • in the Plus Flexible Card tariff – PLN 0.49/pc.
  • data transmission in Great Britain or Gibraltar – PLN 29/GB (billed every 1 KB).

For international calls from Poland to Great Britain and Gibraltar for subscribers and users of pre-paid and Mix offers in the Prosto na Kartę, Plus Elastyczna na Kartę, Nowy Plush, Mix X tariffs, the rates will be charged as for the European Union countries, in accordance with the tariff applicable to the tariff /promotional pricing plan used by a Plus customer.

The promotional offer will be valid until December 31, 2022.
