It’s only available to people staying in suites — prices range from $633 a night for junior suites to upwards of $3,349 for the presidential suite, according to CNN. And, the rain must “exceed 120 cumulative minutes within any four-hour block of time during daylight hours between 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Singapore experiences a dry season from March to August and a wet season from September to February, and rain can be a common occurrence year-round. The most rain is expected during the Northeast Monsoon’s “wet phase” from November to January.

The ‘Rain Resist Bliss Package’ is strategically timed for guests visiting during the wetter months, especially from September to mid-January, when two-hour rainfalls are most frequent.  According to the hotel, the package will only be available for a limited time and guests must book ahead of their stay. The various suite categories include one-bedroom Suites, Royal Suites, Ambassadors Suites and Presidential Suite.

A luxury five-star hotel set in the heart of a historic precinct, Intercontinental Singapore is the flagship hotel of  Intercontinental Hotels Group in Singapore.  Drawing on the city’s rich legacy and multifaceted culture inspired by the surrounding locale, the 403-guestroom hotel exudes a residential charm that harmoniously combines luxury and elegance with hints of locality. The adjoining Bugis Junction shopping mall, which spans over 200 retail and dining outlets, is just at the hotel’s doorstep.

During the rainy months in Singapore, the city experiences frequent showers, which contribute to the region’s lush greenery and are a part of its natural charm. The weather is relatively cooler, and the downpours are a refreshing change from the usual heat. This is when Singapore’s parks and nature reserves are at their most inviting.
