Orange customers with mobile subscription plans can take advantage of free access to # hello5G. There are over 6 million mobile users within the range of this network, incl. in Łódź, Katowice, Warsaw and Gdańsk. Find out more about Orange Poland 5G below.

The functionality can be run independently, using the My Orange application. To enable the free use of 5G in Orange, simply log in to your subscriber account in the My Orange application (available for free in the App Store and Google Play ) or via the Orange Polska website: https://www.orange.pl/twojekonto / login . Then, select “Packages and services” from the menu, click on the “Internet” tab and activate “5G use”.

The promotion is available to customers with selected individual offers or plans for companies. Those are: Mobile Plan 35, 45 and 55 (customers using the Mobile Plan 75 can use # hello5G from the start of this network, July 1, 2020), Cell Plan , Orange Love, Orange Love Mini and Standard , Orange Love Extra or Premium , purchased before March 11, 2020 (customers who decided to purchase these packages on March 12 or later can already use # hello5G), Company Plan S and M (entrepreneurs using Company Plans L and XL can already use # hello5G) and the offer for companies.

Access will be active until April 30, 2021. After this date, access to 5G for users of offers that do not include this functionality will automatically expire. Customers using Mobile Plan 75, Orange Love Extra and Premium purchased on or after March 12, 2020, and L and XL Company Plans will be able to use 5G as before.

Promotional access to # hello5G can be used by customers located within the 5G network from Orange, having one of nearly 40 devices compatible with this technology and using a 4G LTE (USIM) SIM card or a virtual eSIM card.
