Greek Minister of the State Nikos Pappas (L) and Damjan Mancevski (R), Minister of Information Society and Administration of North Macedonia, exchange a signed memorandum that will result in cheaper roaming prices between the two countries during their joint press conference in the Government building in Skopje, Republic of North Macedonia on Feb 19, 2019.
“We agreed that the maximum charge for roaming services should be reduced to the level applied in the European Union,” declared Manchevski.
Greece Macedonia roaming to end next summer after all
According to Manchevski, the MoU foresees a dynamic reduction of wholesale and retail charges for roaming services.
“We will try to achieve concrete results … by the end of May and early June,” stated Manchevski. That didn’t happen last summer but roaming charges with Greece will drop as of the coming summer season, Minister of Information Society and Administration Damjan Manchevski has stated today.
