“Up to the level of reimbursement, we will propose to bring regulated tariffs, first of all, to fixed-line communications and postal items,” said Sergey Popkov.
He noted that the growth of tariffs should not exceed the rate of inflation.
At the same time, there are still reserves for reducing the cost of interconnection calls, a senior official said.
Now, a stationary connection for individuals with one phone costs 3.97 rubles per month (without a time-based system of payment), or 2.81 rubles and 0.59 kopecks per minute (with a time system).
Recall the last time some telephone services rose in price in March 2017. From this moment, a call to the mobile operator’s number from a fixed-line telephone for a physical person costs 6.1 kopecks per minute (+ 8.9%), and an international call to Russia or Ukraine – 39.25 kopecks (+ 9%)
