The price includes 55 GB of data for roaming within the EU zone. There are no contracts, obligations, or documents required. The fully digital NEO Easy tariff can be activated online in a few clicks while maintaining full customer support. Customers can choose between an eSIM or a physical SIM and are able to transfer their existing phone number.

The NEO Easy tariff is available in the My Air application, providing unlimited services quickly and without commitments. Activation is done via the Moje O2 app by adding a payment card and making the first prepaid payment. This triggers the full benefits of the tariff.

When Air Bank customers pay CZK 849 for the tariff using their Air Bank card, they receive CZK 300 back from the bank, bringing the effective cost to CZK 549. The plan includes unlimited calls and SMS in the Czech Republic and the EU zone, unlimited domestic data, and 55 GB of data roaming in the EU.

Activation is completed in the Moje O2 app by setting up a recurring monthly payment from a credit card. The CZK 849 fee is deducted every 30 days, and customers using an eSIM can start within minutes. To qualify for the CZK 300 reward, customers must make five payments with an Air Bank debit card during a calendar month, including one payment for the CZK 849 tariff.
