Before activating the service, you must make sure that there is an AeroMobile or SITAONAIR mobile network on board the flight. After gaining cruising altitude and permission of the crew, the passenger needs to turn off the airplane mode on the smartphone. If registration does not happen automatically, perform a network search manually. After successful registration in the partner’s network, the subscriber will receive an SMS and will be able to activate the service. At the end of the flight, the operator recommends that customers turn off data roaming on their smartphones if they do not plan to use the Internet abroad. This will help you avoid unexpected costs.
