STC Bahrain offers business customers extra 10 GB mobile data

STC Bahrain has announced that it is offering 10 GB of complementary data to all business mobile customers, to enable them to stay connected during the Covid-19 outbreak. The offer runs until the end of June.

In line with the Ministry of Health guidance and as part of the preventive measures against the widespread COVID-19 virus, stc Bahrain is adopting new working models and conditions to ensure a safe environment for its employees, and providing innovative solutions to support the local community in these difficult times.

“We believe in the importance of prioritizing the protection of employees and citizens, and we are working hand in hand with all government bodies in these tough times to ensure that we collectively support Bahrain. Today, and in cooperation with King Hamad University Hospital, and as part of our efforts to help reduce the wide spread of the COVID-19 virus, we provided the hospital with the latest and most advanced video collaboration tools to enable remote patient monitoring and video consultation in order to help reduce visitors to the hospital during these times“, said Eng. Nezar Banabeela, stc Bahrain CEO.

We advise everyone to stay safe and avoid going out except for emergency, and to take advantage of the digital platforms and mobile financial services as it provide safe ways for everyone to carry out their daily work. From our side, and while all our shops are still welcoming visitors, we advise our customers to use our digital and mobile financial services, such as stc Pay, our MobileApp, and our e-shop for the utmost safety and flexibility in today’s challenging times”, he added.

Customers can download stc Bahrain MobileApp to pay for their monthly subscriptions or register for new contract connections and renewals. They can visit the stc Online Shop at, an integrated platform to subscribe for a new device and have it securely and efficiently delivered to the convenience of their homes or offices. Last but not least, customers can also use stcPay, for most of their transactions, including groceries or other essential items.

stc Bahrain has also extended its support to its customers who are remotely working from home and students using virtual schooling by providing free data bandwidth and free data streaming of platforms such as Google Classroom, MS Teams for Education, Edunet and UOB Blackboard used by the majority of schools in Bahrain.
