In order to ensure that its users stay in touch with family and friends with the most convenient communication while staying in Serbia, MTEL Montenegro has prepared a new offer for the user’s favorite service – the annual m:roaming ticket.  m:tel roaming ticket

On offer is a First Class ticket which, for only 29.9 euros, allows all MTEL users to activate unlimited incoming minutes from the moment of activation until the end of 2023, while they are roaming in Serbia (on the mt:s network). outgoing minutes to mobile and fixed networks of Telekom Srbija and to m:tel networks (068, 060 and 078 MTEL network), unlimited SMS messages with numbers from mt:s and m:tel networks (068 and 060 MTEL network), as well as unlimited mobile Internet.

The offer includes a 30-day ticket at a price of 15.9 euros, a 15-day ticket at a price of 9.9 euros and a seven-day ticket at a price of 5.9 euros.
The offer is valid for activations until December 31, 2022. The ticket is intended for prepaid, postpaid and business users of MTEL.

First-class tickets can be purchased through the m:tel menu – by calling *105#, through the My m:tel application, by calling Customer Service 1600, in MTEL branches, and by sending a free SMS with the content: ticket 5 to the number 14555.

All benefits are valid from the moment of activation while the user is roaming in Serbia, on the mt:s network. Mtel reserves the right to change the terms of use, applying a fair policy.

Roaming in the Western Balkans zone m:tel roaming ticket

From 01.09.2021. m:tel, in accordance with the regulation of roaming in the Western Balkan region, introduced a fair usage policy. What does this mean in concrete application? For example, if at home, within the package you use in the home network, you have an unlimited amount for the data transmission service or you use the data transmission service at a very favorable price, m:tel can introduce a limit on your use of the data transmission service in roaming (due to the application fair use policy).

In such case, you will be notified in advance of such limit and will be alerted when you reach it.

The fair policy is introduced in order to make services available to all m:tel users under the best conditions and to simultaneously protect capacity and provide the necessary service quality.
