Kyrgyzstan mobile operators grow roaming revenues

Revenues of Kyrgyzstan mobile operators from roaming services totaled KGS 2.6 billion in the first half of this year, reports Tazabek citing Maksat Dzhylyshbayev, the deputy chairman of the State ICT Committee.

Biggest GSM-based operators in Kyrgyzstan are: Beeline (by Sky Mobile); MegaCom (by JSC Alpha Telecom) and O! (by Nur Telecom).

According to the State Tax Service, for 8 months of 2019, the actual tax revenue from 4 mobile operators in Kyrgyzstan amounted to 2 billion 985.5 million soms.

  4. Nur Telecom (Fonex): Nur Telecom, also known as Fonex, offers roaming services in many countries around the world, including neighboring countries and popular travel destinations in Europe and Asia. Customers can activate roaming by contacting customer support.
