Tele2 Russia launches new Premium tariff
The Premium tariff is distinguished by a profitable combination of services for active Internet users and customers who make a large number of calls. The offer includes more minutes and gigabytes than the “heaviest” tariff of the My Tele2 – My Online + line.
The user of the new tariff is available from 40 to 50 GB of mobile Internet, depending on the region. The package also includes 2000 minutes to any numbers in Russia and 500 SMS. The subscription fee is from 1100 to 1500 rubles per month. Customers can also transfer unspent megabytes, minutes and SMS to the next billing period.
When traveling around Russia, mobile Internet and calls to any numbers in Russia are like at home. And when traveling abroad, users of the tariff from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Irkutsk and Kaliningrad have the option “Unlimited Internet abroad” available for free. The service operates in 89 countries and allows Tele2 customers to freely use the Internet on trips abroad and not be afraid of unforeseen communication costs. The option does not require a connection, and its cost is included in the subscription fee for the tariff. When traveling abroad, subscribers of the tariff from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Irkutsk and Kaliningrad can receive incoming calls on favorable terms – 5 rubles per minute.
For subscribers of Premium, Tele2 offers dedicated services, high priority and an individual approach to solving issues. Customers can call the operator’s contact center at a special number 711, without listening to IVR messages.
Tariff users can activate additional options. They provide unlimited access to popular services such as Facebook, VKontakte, Odnoklassniki and WhatsApp, Viber, TamTam messengers. Subscribers can use the Yandex, Navigator, Yandex.Maps and Yandex.Transport navigation services as well as YouTube, Tele2 TV and Zvooq streaming services without restrictions.
With zero and negative balance on the tariff, the “SOS-package ” service is activated automatically and for free , which provides access to WhatsApp and navigation services. SOS-package operates both in the home region and on trips around Russia.
The operator’s customers do not pay for long-distance calls: on Premium tariff unlimited calls to Tele2 numbers in Russia are provided, which do not consume the main package of minutes.
Oleg Reshetin, director of strategic development for the Tele2 product portfolio :
“We form profitable and simple offers for each segment of Tele2 service users. The company’s financial and operating results show that the quality of the subscriber base is improving, while the ARPU of Tele2 customers is steadily growing. In order to develop a segment of subscribers with a high consumption profile, we are expanding the range of our product offerings and launching the Premium tariff. It takes into account the preferences and requests of the most active users of mobile Internet and voice services. In addition to the impressive volumes of basic services, we offer our clients an individual service and an option popular with travelers that allows us not to limit ourselves in using data services abroad. ”
