Yettel Bulgaria introduces Great Britain roaming prices
Yettel Bulgaria introduced a new Great Britain roaming zone with preferential service prices. The new UK roaming prices apply to both postpaid and prepaid customers since 29 June and are related to the exit of the UK from the EU. Outgoing calls to Bulgaria, the European Union and the “Great Britain” zone itself will cost 6 cents per minute – the same price is charged for all incoming calls in the “Great Britain” zone. The price for one SMS will be worth 20 cents, and a megabyte of mobile Internet will cost 2 cents. When traveling in the UK, the minutes and megabytes provided in the customer’s postpaid plan will not be valid in that country and services will be charged at the new rates. Similarly, the additional EU roaming packages will not be valid in the UK, and for this area customers will be able to use the Roam&Surf Europe roaming packages.

From 29/06/2022, the EU Roaming Fair Use Policy will not apply to the UK. Consequently, from this date, users who have previously been found to be in breach of the policy will be charged the prices valid for the UK Zone.
