According to the results of the third quarter of 2018, Tele2’s investments in IT infrastructure and technological development of the network amounted to 4.4 billion rubles, an increase of 78.3% compared with year to year. With a significant increase, CAPEX Tele2 showed a net profit of 1.6 billion rubles.

By investing in the technological development of the network, the operator contributes to an increase in the NPS index (customer willingness to recommend the operator to friends and relatives), according to which Tele2 is the undisputed leader in the telecom industry. According to the results of October 2018, the figure rose to 45% – the gap from the nearest competitor was 17 pp.
