Discontinuation of Existing Packages

In line with the introduction of the new packages, Nar will discontinue the following existing roaming packages as of July 1, 2025:

• Roaming 9: Previously offered 500 MB of data for 5 days.
• Roaming 15: Included 500 MB of data and 50 minutes of voice calls for 5 days.
• Roaming 20: Provided 1.2 GB of data and 20 SMS for 15 days.
• Roaming 28: Featured 1 GB of data and 100 minutes of voice calls for 15 days.

Customers currently using these packages are advised to plan accordingly, as these options will no longer be available after the specified date.

Activation and Usage

The new roaming packages can be activated through the following methods:

• USSD Codes: Dial the specific code associated with the desired package.
• SMS: Send the corresponding package code to 777.
• Nar+ App: Access the app to select and activate the preferred package.
