Russian mobile operator MTS is offering customers forced to stay abroad by travel restrictions related to the pandemic an option to send free SMS to Russian networks and to accept free incoming calls from certain telephone numbers. If you or your relatives find yourself in a difficult situation abroad, you can always be in touch via SMS – from April 29, 2020 in international roaming, all outgoing SMS to Russian numbers are free, except for messages within the framework of infotainment services. M
