BH Telecom to introduce new Travel packages from 1 May
Bosnian operator BH Telecom will introduce two new Travel roaming packages for postpaid and prepaid mobile telephony users from 1 May.
The 10-day one-time Travel Europe package costs BAM 15 and is intended for both postpaid and prepaid users, while the monthly Travel Europe package costs BAM 30 and is targeted at only postpaid users.
The new Travel packages provide favourable roaming rates in many European countries. Calls to Bosnia and Herzegovina and within the country where the user is being billed BAM 0.60/minute, SMS messages cost BAM 0.18/message, while mobile internet costs BAM 0.12/MB.
From July 1, a significantly rich offer of BH Telecom Travel packages (update)
BH Telecom will from 1.7.2022. to significantly enrich its offer of Travel packages, intended for use in mobile networks outside Bosnia and Herzegovina (roaming).
Changes to our Travel offer, i.e. packages created for your communication needs during travel outside Bosnia and Herzegovina, include the following:
New packages “Travel World 10 days”, “Travel World 30 days” and “Travel World Pro” are being introduced, which allow you to enjoy favorable prices for roaming traffic in a number of non-European countries : Armenia, Australia, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Ghana, Georgia, India , Israel, Japan, Jordan, South Africa, South Korea, Qatar, Kazakhstan, China, Kyrgyzstan, Kuwait, Macau, Malaysia, New Zealand, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan and the United Arab Emirates.

The existing Travel Evropa packages: Travel Evropa 7 days, Travel Evropa 10 days and Travel Evropa 30 days are being improved by expanding the possibility of their use in the USA and Canada.
With this improvement, the packages also get new names: the “Travel Europe 7 days” package becomes ” Travel Europe and North America 7 days “; the package “Travel Europe 10 days” becomes ” Travel Europe and North America 10 days ” and the package “Travel Europe 30 days” becomes ” Travel Europe and North America Pro ” (monthly option).
The existing Travel Balkan NET packages intended for the use of mobile Internet in the countries of the Western Balkans: Albania, Montenegro, Kosovo, North Macedonia and Serbia are being improved , as follows:
- the price of using mobile internet within the package “Travel Balkan NET 5 days” is reduced from 0.01667 KM/MB to 0.01 KM/MB. With this reduction, the included amount of traffic also changes, instead of 300 MB, the new amount is 500 MB;
- the price of using mobile internet within the package “Travel Balkan NET 10 days” is reduced from 0.01465 KM/MB to 0.01 KM/MB;
- the activation price of the package “Travel Balkan NET 10 days” is reduced from 15 KM to 10 KM.
Also, as part of a better offer, users of the Toptim service will be able to independently activate the Travel package, if this possibility is granted to them in advance by their own company. *Toptim Group members cannot independently activate Travel packages every month with automatic reactivation.
