Vivacom Balkans roaming: End of expensive charges

Bulgarian operator Vivacom launched a new roaming package that enables its customers to talk, send SMS and use mobile internet in the Western Balkan countries at preferential tariffs. The latest news about Vivacom Balkan’s roaming finds out below.

The package costs BGN 4 (with VAT) and includes 100 minutes for outgoing calls, 100 SMS and 100 MB per day, from which all its customers traveling to Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Macedonia, Serbia, and Montenegro can benefit.

Prices for incoming calls remain unchanged. Customers may request the use of the new operator call packet, which does not result in a fixed-term contract or extension of the current contract.

Included minutes, SMS and mobile data are valid when using preferential operators in their respective countries. For Albania, this is Vodafone, for Bosnia and Herzegovina – m: tel (Mobis), Kosovo – Monaco Telecom, Macedonia – T-Mobile, Serbia – Telenor, and Montenegro – also Telenor.

With the new Vivacom package, customers can communicate freely on their travels in the Western Balkans for just $ 4 a day with VAT. Standard prices without an activated roaming package in these countries start at 2.29 leva per minute, from 0.59 leva per SMS and from 14.99 per MB. vivacom balkans roaming

The package is activated 1 hour after its request.

Upon activation of the package, a daily price is charged for each day on which at least one outgoing call/sent SMS/reported use of mobile data is made when using roaming services in the networks of the operators included in the package, regardless of the volume of consumption.
