Tele2 Russia expands in-bundle roaming to 54 countries
Tele2, the Russian mobile operator, has doubled the list of countries with particularly favorable international roaming conditions. Subscribers can use minutes from the package to call Tele2 customers in Russia from 54 countries. The changes affected popular destinations in the Middle East, Asia, Oceania, Africa and Europe. These include Thailand, Abkhazia, Kazakhstan, China, Uzbekistan, Belarus, Italy, Sri Lanka, France, Great Britain, Malaysia, Seychelles and more than 40 countries.
For calls from abroad to Tele2 Russia numbers, customers will spend minutes from the main package included in the tariff plan. Subscribers can use the remainder of minute packages transferred from previous periods. Minutes purchased on the Tele2 Market service cannot be used for roaming calls. Tele2 researched customer preferences and identified which destinations would be most popular in 2024. The top ten countries that subscribers most often choose for their trips include Uzbekistan, Belarus, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Thailand, Georgia, Abkhazia, China, and Armenia. According to the updated conditions, in all these countries, Tele2 customers of the My Online+, Black, and Premium tariffs can take advantage of a package of minutes without incurring additional costs for calls while roaming.
