Ooredoo Maldives launches Affordable Travel Insurance Through m-Faisaa

Ooredoo Maldives has partnered with Amana Takaful to introduce m-Faisaa Travel Insurance, a new digital insurance product designed for overseas travellers. The comprehensive package aims to provide peace of mind by offering coverage for a range of travel-related incidents, including accidents, medical emergencies, trip cancellations, lost passports, and flight delays. The m-Faisaa Travel Insurance policy provides up to MVR 771,000 in coverage for disabilities or deaths resulting from accidents during the insured period. Additionally, it offers up to MVR 1,542,000 for emergency medical expenses abroad. Customers can choose between a 14-day or 35-day policy with premiums tailored to their travel destinations. Ooredoo highlights that m-Faisaa Travel Insurance offers the market’s most competitive rates. Customers can purchase the m-faisaa Travel Insurance policy for 14 days or 35 days.

This policy includes the lowest rate for travel insurance in Asian countries. The policy also includes packages for America and Canada. m-Faisaa travel insurance is currently the lowest-priced travel insurance in the market and is based in the country you are traveling to. The packages start from MVR 117 to Asian countries.

This insurance plan can be purchased by any individual under the age of 65. Customers can choose to add multiple travelers to one plan. To claim insurance, customers should provide details and submit the required documents to Amana Takaful as soon as possible. Customers are also encouraged to seek assistance from third-party agents of Amana Takaful when seeking medical assistance during emergencies.
