Tele2 users faced with roaming problems

Mobile customers of Tele2 currently staying abroad have been experiencing issues and problems with their mobile connection since noon on August 4. More about Tele2 roaming problems can be found below.

The cause of the failure is an overloaded network abroad, as the provider reported on his website on Saturday morning. Tele2 confirmed all services are now back online, and affected SIMs have been recovered.

6 To change the network if network problems occur, select Settings

7 Select Carrier

8 Set Automatic to OFF

9 Select a network operator from the list

4 Select More

5 Select Mobile networks

6 Turn Data roaming on or off

7 To change the network if network problems occur, select Network operators

8 Wait for the search to finish

9 Select a network operator from the list
