The Western Balkan Six signed an agreement, facilitated by the Regional Cooperation Council and the European Union.
Reduced charges were rolled out in the first phase, but as of 1 July, all roaming charges will be scrapped.
EU Ambassador to Albania, Luigi Soreca posted a reminder today on Twitter.

He added that the project was funded by the EU and powered by the RCC.

The Western Balkans consists of Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Montenegro , Kosovo and Serbia. All have a perspective to accede to the European Union and hence are also called ‘enlargement countries’.
