Yes, you can delete the profile by following the instructions below: For
IOS: “Settings” → “Cellular network” or “Mobile data” → select the profile you want to delete → “Delete cellular rate”.
For Android: “Settings” → “Network and Internet” → “Mobile network” → select eSIM profile → “Delete SIM card data”
How can I activate if the eSIM QR code is not read?
If the camera-based or device-based QR cannot be read, the code number can be entered manually.
Can eSIM be copied on device change?
In accordance with GSMA standards, eSIM profile cannot be copied or moved. Each device change requires a new eSm profile to be uploaded, thus preventing unauthorized transactions such as banking, etc. associated with the device and sim.
What is the charge for eSIM activation?
