The eSIM activation code is the QR code you receive from us when you activate a new line with an eSIM or when you change your physical SIM to an eSIM. You need the activation code to activate the eSIM on your device.

If the PIN Code is entered incorrectly three times, your phone will ask for the PUK code to activate the eSIM.
