Tele2 Kazakhstan launches unlimited roaming option
Mobile operator Tele2 Kazakhstan plans to introduce a new – unlimited roaming option called ‘Unlimited Internet Abroad’. More details about Tele2 Kazakhstan unlimited roaming find out below.
The option will become available from 18 December, priced at KZT 590 per day. The first 100 Mb / day is available at maximum speed.
The fee is debited only on the days when you went online.
- The service is automatically activated:
- subject to availability of the International Roaming service on the number.
- or when activating the International Roaming service.
- If the payment is successfully debited in the amount of 590 tenge per day, it automatically provides the subscriber with access to unlimited Internet at the maximum speed for the first 100 MB per day, then the speed gradually decreases to 128 Kb / s until the end of the day (until 23:59 Nur-Sultan time ).
- Daily validity period of Internet traffic from the moment of accessing the World Wide Web until the end of the day (until 23:59 Nur-Sultan time).
- Provided that the subscriber uses the mobile Internet in international roaming the next day (from 00:00 Nur-Sultan time) and when the fee is charged in the amount of 590 tenge within the Service, the subscriber is automatically provided with access to the Internet at the maximum speed for the first 100Mb ( “Unpacked” Internet traffic) and when the “unpacked” Internet traffic is exhausted – at a limited speed of up to 128 Kb / s until the end of the day (until 23:59) Nur-Sultan time.
- If the subscriber does not use mobile Internet in international roaming, then the fee is not charged and access to the unlimited Internet within the tariff package “Unlimited Internet Abroad” is not provided.
- The unused volume of Internet traffic within the framework of “Unlimited Internet Abroad” is not saved and is not transferred to the next day from 00:00 Nur-Sultan time.
- In case of insufficient funds on the balance sheet to write off the fee for the “Unlimited Internet Abroad” service, the tariffication of the mobile Internet is carried out in accordance with the established tariffs for per megabyte tariffication in international roaming. When the subscriber refills the balance and connects to the mobile Internet in international roaming, an attempt is made to charge the fee for the “Unlimited Internet Abroad” service. If the charge is successfully charged, the subscriber is provided with access to the Internet at the maximum speed for the first 100Mb and when the “unpacked” Internet traffic is exhausted – at a limited speed of up to 128 Kb / s until the end of the day (until 23:59) Nur-Sultan time.
- “Internet packages in roaming” can be simultaneously connected with the “Unlimited Internet Abroad” service. At the same time, traffic is first consumed from the current Internet package for the “Internet packages in roaming” service, and after the current Internet package has been exhausted, it is provided in accordance with the “Unlimited Internet abroad” conditions.
- From the moment of the start of the Unlimited Internet Abroad service (December 18, 2019), the Unlimited WhatsApp Abroad service will not be provided.
- The term of the Service is not limited.
