T-2 to increase data traffic limits in EU from 2022
Be careful with data transfers (internet, MMS)
When using data transfer when roaming, be careful to disable or disable your devices and software. restrict automatic internet access (automatic mail checking, automatic updates). With the advent of smartphones, more attention needs to be paid to entering an APN point, as the phone itself can try to establish data traffic through various APN access points (say for MMS), without the user’s knowledge. Therefore, we recommend using the manual APN point settings for data traffic and MMS messages separately.
Mobile devices are also no longer immune to computer viruses, so we recommend that you make sure that neither virus nor malware (spyware, adware) is present on the terminal equipment with a thorough antivirus scan. If you use terminal equipment running Android, Symbian, or Windows Mobile, also get an antivirus package for terminal equipment.
