Ryanair arrives in Albania

Ryanair, the largest and most affordable airline in Europe, unveiled its plans on 8th June to introduce 200 weekly flights and 17 new routes to and from Albania as part of its Winter ’23 schedule. This expansion will make Albania the 37th country in Ryanair’s network, providing immediate access to key inbound tourism markets such as Belgium, the Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Romania, Sweden, and the UK. Additionally, it will offer competitive fares and enhanced connectivity for Albanians wishing to visit their homeland or their loved ones abroad. ryanair albania

The new Winter routes are just the start of Ryanair’s commitment to aiding the Albanian Government in achieving transformative growth in the tourism sector. Countries require large-scale airlines like Ryanair to drive capacity growth, a feat Ryanair has consistently accomplished in tourism-dependent European economies like Spain, Italy, Ireland, Portugal, and Malta.

Ryanair’s Winter ’23 schedule for Albania will include: ryanair albania

  • 17 new routes to cities such as Brussels, Dusseldorf, London, Manchester, Milan, Paris, Prague, Rome, and Stockholm
  • 200 weekly flights

  • More than 1,000 local jobs

Following a recent record order of 300 new B737-MAX-10s, Ryanair is set to expand its fleet to approximately 800 aircraft by 2033, positioning itself as the only major airline capable of delivering significant long-term growth in Europe. Ryanair will commence operations in Albania this Winter with 200 weekly flights, offering unbeatable options at the lowest fares for both European and Albanian travelers.

In celebration of this announcement, Ryanair is launching a 3-day seat sale for its 17 new routes to and from Tirana Airport, with fares starting from €29.99 one way for travel from October 2023 until March 2024. This offer, available exclusively on Ryanair.com, must be booked by 11th June.
