• If you want to use VoLTE abroad, it is essential to install the latest version of the software, specifically iOS 15 or higher.
• To update your iPhone to the latest software, go to Settings → General → Software Update.
• You can disable this service at any time in your iPhone settings. Go to Settings → Cellular data → Options → Voice and data → Turn VoLTE on or off.

Conditions for setting up VoLTE roaming for Android phones:

• If you want to use VoLTE abroad, it is essential to install the latest software version, namely Android 10 and 11 or higher and install all available upgrades for these Android versions.
• VoLTE can be disabled in the phone settings.

Additional conditions and information on the VoLTE roaming service

• You use VoLTE abroad automatically and at no additional cost, as long as you have a mobile and compatible offer and you have 4G coverage.
• VoLTE calls abroad are processed in the same way as standard calls made in a foreign network (according to the price list or currently paid roaming service). There is no specific rate for 4G calls abroad.
• A VoLTE call abroad does not consume the internet volume of your package.
• For calls, it is necessary to dial numbers in the international format with the country code.
• For calls to short numbers, use long forms in the international format, calls to short numbers will not be available.
• In VoLTE roaming, the customer cannot change redirections or waiting calls by himself. It is necessary to do this through the customer line, or before leaving the USA at the point of sale.
