Orange launches a new roaming offer for destinations outside the European Union. From now on, subscribers will have more convenience and predictability when using mobile services on holiday. The offer is tailored to the needs of Orange Romania’s roaming users and brings 25% discounts on mobile internet tariffs, as well as doubled data benefits on 15-day options.

Orange Romania customers travelling outside the EU will benefit from cheaper rates for calls, internet, and SMS. For the first roaming internet session outside the European Economic Area (EEA), a package containing 2 GB of traffic, valid for 24 hours, will be automatically activated. At the same time, for the first call made or received, or the first SMS sent, users automatically benefit from a package with double the number of minutes or SMS—20 included, compared to 10 previously—at a price starting from EUR 2.

Customers spending several days outside EEA countries can access the 15-day option with extended benefits. The offer includes a special promotion that doubles internet resources: users get 20 GB of mobile internet and 30 minutes or SMS included for the same EUR 20. This option is designed to meet longer-term connectivity needs at no extra cost.

The new roaming option is valid in all countries in zone 0, a new tariff zone that includes the main travelling destinations of Orange Romania service users. Zone 0 includes countries such as Turkey, the UK, the USA, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, the Republic of Moldova, Serbia, and 18 other holiday destinations.

With the introduction of the new offer, Orange Romania aims to give customers more freedom and flexibility in using their mobile services so they can quickly search for local recommendations, stay active on social networks, and share holiday moments with their loved ones without worrying about extra costs.
