MTS refreshes MTS Connect mobile app for VoIP calls
Russian mobile operator MTS has refreshed its MTS Connect mobile application, which allows customers to make IP calls at home-region rates anywhere in the world. MTS Connect app
The option is available also in locations without MTS network coverage using Wi-Fi.
The MTS Connect app is built specifically for prospective students to learn more about what their experience could look like at Memphis Theological Seminary. Download the app to:

Are calls to My Connect free? MTS Connect app
- Incoming free.
- Outgoing calls to MTS are free, even if you are roaming.
- Outgoing calls to other operators and landlines are charged at the same rate as calls from the home network.
- If you use the application in the MTS mobile network, the traffic is paid according to the tariff. It is worth remembering this when roaming.
Where is My Connect available?
All regions except:
- Volgograd region and Volgograd
- Nizhny Novgorod region and Nizhny Novgorod
- Republic of Mordovia and Saransk
- Sverdlovsk region and Yekaterinburg
- Chuvash Republic and Cheboksary
Do not be sad if your region is among the exceptions. New cities are regularly added to the app. We’ll try not to make you wait too long.
