Express delivery

The courier company guarantees the delivery of the shipment to the capital of the state and major cities (within the administrative boundaries of the city).

A SIM card is provided to a person who is a subscriber under an agreement (from an organization to an authorized person if there is a power of attorney from a legal entity to receive a SIM card).

SIM cards available for delivery type: E-SIM

Delivery is carried out to any country, except for: Abkhazia, American Samoa, R. Belarus, Bhutan, East Timor, Vietnam, Egypt, Iraq, Iran, India, Cape Verde (only the city of Cape Verde is served), the Kingdom of Bahrain, Cuba, Congo, Rwanda, Syria, Sudan, Tajikistan, Tuvalu, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, French Polynesia, Equatorial Guinea, South Ossetia.

When delivering a SIM card to the countries of the Mongolian People’s Republic, the client may be asked to provide a scan of the recipient’s identity card, as well as to pay customs duty, at the discretion of the customs service of the receiving country.

The obligation to provide the necessary documents for customs clearance and customs costs is borne by the client.

Delivery terms:

• Estimated delivery times are 3 to 8 business days. (The transport company cannot guarantee the exact delivery time due to weather conditions and conditions of the customs authorities of the country of destination.)

• It is possible to increase the terms for reasons beyond the control of MTS
