At the network level, Roaming DNA provides full visibility over the quality of partner networks so that CSPs can make optimal steering decisions and accelerate fault resolution. At the customer level, Roaming DNA provides rich, individualized roamer analytics to enable customer care teams to address customer experience issues quickly and leverage segment-based insights to offer a personalized service to VIP customers.

Mobileum said it had emerged from the Chapter 11 bankruptcy process and secured $60 million of new financing to fund its bankruptcy process, with $100 million of financing for prepetition debt.
The company said it has eliminated approximately $530 million in prepetition debt. It previously sought to cut $529 million in debt.
