Beeline Armenia is expanding LTE roaming services

Mobile operator Beeline Armenia announced that it expanded the coverage of its LTE roaming services significantly.

The services have become available in 15 additional states, including Estonia, Ukraine, the UK, Austria, Germany, Israel and others.

Last years, Beeline has significantly expanded coverage of LTE/4G mobile network in Yerevan and is launching 4G roaming in 15 networks of 13 countries.  The press-service of the company has told ArmInfo that the number of basic 4G stations has been increased 2-fold since the launch of the network in September 2016. Besides Beeline has launched 4G roaming for its subscribers in 13 countries of the world, including Georgia, Italy, Canada, China, Russia, USA, etc. In order to use 4G roaming subscriber should have a SIM card and a phone supporting LTE.

“Telecommunications sector continues to expand the 4th generation technologies. As the country’s largest operator Beeline tries to be a part of that and to offer the subscribers modern technologies and all privileges from using the network. We not only expand our own LTE/4G mobile network actively, but also are proud to offer our customers LTE roaming abroad,” noted Beeline Armenia CEO Andrey Pyatakhin, recalling that 4G/LTE Beeline was launched in the early September 2016.
