This is a halving of costs.

At the same time some, less visited countries were moved to the new zone “Far”. New higher rates apply to the following countries: Angola; Antigua and Barbuda; Belize; Bhutan; Central African Republic; Cook Islands; Djibouti; Dominica; East Timor, Grenada; Equatorial Guinea; Honduras; Lesotho; Liberia; Libya; Mali; Mauritania; Montserrat; Namibia; New Caledonia; Papua New Guinea; Saint Kitts and Nevis; Saint Lucia; Sao Tome and Principe; Solomon Islands; South Sudan; St. Vincent and the Grenadines; Sudan; Suriname; Swaziland; Syria (Arab Rep.) , Turkmenistan; Uzbekistan; Wallis and Futuna Islands; Yemen; Zimbabwe.

The following prices apply in these countries:
– 100 MB for CHF 49.95
– 500 MB for CHF 199.95

In the countries listed below, the same price applies for 500 MB instead of 1 GB, which means a doubling of the costs.

In Turkey and the US / Canada, the data package of 1 GB became 1 franc more expensive. Outside the EU, data roaming now costs half as much. Compared to Swisscom and Sunrise, the data packages of Salt (with the exception of Seychelles) are still the most expensive.
