Cosmote said it reduced the validity of prepaid recharges of less than EUR 12 to two months from three months from the renewal date. cosmote top-ups

The change applies from 3 September for What’s up, Cosmokart, Frog and ‘Cosmote Mobile Internet with card’ prepaid subscribers. If no renewal occurs within the 2-month period, any remaining amount after two months will be void.

The validity period of the subscriber’s remaining balance remains three months from the renewal date for renewals of EUR 12 or higher.

In order to perform the transaction, your card must be registered at the safe transactions program 3D Secure / Mastercard SecureCode / Verified by Visa.
The duration of the cash balance is 3 months (90 days) since the last top-up of talking time. If 3 months (90 days) have passed and you haven’t topped up your talking time, you will lose any cash balance you have in your account.
The 12% fee of mobile telephony is subtracted from the amount of top-up.
