New Saudi tourist e-Visas launched
Saudi Arabia is opening its doors to the world through its new tourist visa. Through the fast and easy-to-use online portal, international visitors from 49 eligible countries can apply for an eVisa and discover the warm hospitality of Saudi people the rich heritage, vibrant culture, and diverse and breathtaking landscapes; from the mountains of Abha to the beaches of the Red Sea to the shifting sands of the Empty Quarter. saudi arabia e-visa
It announced new instant e-visa options for UK, US, and Schengen visa holders, as well as permanent residents of UK, US, and any EU country. They can be applied for at www.mofa.gov.sa.
The eVisa will be a one-year, multiple-entry visa, allowing tourists to spend up to 90 days in the country. The tourist visa allows you to take part in tourism-related activities such as events, family & relatives visits, leisure, and Umrah (excluding Hajj) and excludes other activities such as studying.
It has previously extended regulations to provide Saudi Arabia visas on arrival for these travelers.

Saudi Tourism Authority is accelerating efforts to make it easier for visitors to travel to Saudi.
The new instant e-visa is one of several initiatives that Saudi has launched over the past year to improve the visitor experience.
Last year, Saudi Tourism Authority launched the Nusuk platform in collaboration with the Pilgrim Experience Program.
Nusukis the first-ever integrated digital platform for pilgrims and visitors to plan journeys to Makkah and Madinah. Earlier this year, it announced the launch of the Stopover Saudi Arabia Visa. This is free and available to passengers travelling on Saudia and Flynas flights. It allows visitors a stay for up to 96 hours.
This year, luxury tourism destination, the Red Sea Development, will debut with its first hotels including Six Senses, St. Regis and a Ritz-Carlton Reserve.
Saudi is targeting to attract 100 million visits annually by 2030.
