Telekom starts with a new prepaid offer from February 3
Right at the beginning of the year, Deutsche Telekom started with new prepaid tariffs and fulfilled numerous customer requests. First of all, the best message: Telekom also opens the 5G network for Deutsche Telekom prepaid prepaid customers and, as the icing on the cake, offers a “real” flat rate with the Max tariff variant.
Traveling to Germany?
“With our new tariff offer, we are starting the 5G era immediately. In doing so, we want to set an example and help the new wireless technology make a rapid breakthrough, ”says Michael Hagspihl, Managing Director, private customers. “With more data volume, a real flat offer and fair prices in the award-winning telecommunications network, we are offering our customers an attractive offer.”
In order to underline the special importance of 5G technology, the largest German telecommunications company has decided to offer 5G as an option starting with tariff M. This is simply booked in addition. If you have the necessary end device, you can simply use the new mobile technology for the first twelve weeks at no extra charge.
The option bookings can be made quickly and easily via the MeinMagenta app. As icing on the cake, users can look forward to over 500 MB every four weeks. The only requirement for this gift is to download the app.
For the M, L and XL tariffs, the 5G option is subject to a surcharge of only 3 euros / 4 weeks. A corresponding end device is required. Another highlight is the upgrading of the tariff offers with additional data volume. As of February 3, customers will have access to the M 2 GB, L 3 GB and XL 5 GB high-speed volumes. Free minutes to other German networks have also been increased: in M to 200 minutes, in L to 300 minutes.
Those who want complete independence are well served with the new Max variant: 99.95 euros / 4 weeks are due for unlimited data volume with 5G or LTE Max, SMS and calls to German landlines and all German mobile networks. With this, Telekom also underlines its innovative strength and is the first provider to offer a prepaid tariff with unlimited data volume.
