Username
WinSim have sent your username to the e-mail address you have stored with us after you placed your online order. If you no longer know your username, you can forget your username in the login area for the personal service world?
Show your username. If a username does not yet exist for your phone number, then use your phone number to log into your personal service world. You can enter your user name in your personal service area under Customer data> View and change access data.
Online password
When you log into your personal service world for the first time, use the hotline password from your order as the online password. If you no longer know your online password (or the hotline password), you can forget your online password in the login area for the personal service world? and have a new online password sent. You can change your online password in your personal service area under Customer data> Access data.
Register / login winsim login
As a customer, you can log into your personal service world with your access data in the registration area for the personal service world.

This is how it works:
- In the field Username your username. Pay attention to upper and lower case letters. If a username does not yet exist for your phone number, then enter your phone number without spaces or hyphens. Example: 01761234567
- Enter your online password in the Online password field . Pay attention to upper and lower case letters. When you log into your personal service world for the first time, use the hotline password from your order.
- Select Show online password in clear text to have your online password displayed in clear text.
- If a Servicewelt app is available and you use it: Select Keep me logged in so that your access data is saved. This has the advantage that you will no longer have to enter your access data in the future.
- If a Servicewelt app is available and you use it: Press the Activate button to activate the Stay logged in function .
- Press the Login button .
- When you log in for the first time in your personal Service World: From the field security issues a security question. Stand as security issues What is my favorite movie? ‘ What is my mother’s maiden name? ‘ What is the name of my first pet? ‘ What is the name of my first teacher? and where was my father born? to select.
- When you log into your personal service world for the first time: In the Answer to the security question field, enter an answer according to the criteria.
- When you log into your personal service world for the first time: Press the Save changes button .
- The security question and answer are saved.
- Your personal service world is opened.
