TIM informs that, from 03/30/2025, following the exit of the United Kingdom from the European Union and the consequent Agreement on trade and cooperation between the European Union and the United Kingdom (published in the Official Journal of the European Union on 30 April 2021), for roaming traffic originated and received in the United Kingdom, as well as for international traffic generated from Italy to mobile and fixed numbers in the United Kingdom, the standard tariff conditions in force for other European countries outside the EU will be applied unless specific offers are active on the customer’s line.

Therefore, the conditions defined by EU Regulation 2022/612, EU Regulation 2016/2286 (so-called “Roaming Like at Home”) and EU Regulation 2018/1971 for international traffic to EU countries will no longer apply to the United Kingdom.

From the date indicated above, therefore, for all residential, top-up and subscription mobile customers, roaming traffic (voice and video calls, SMS, MMS and data) and international voice and SMS traffic will be charged as indicated below.

Roaming traffic costs from the UK

· 19 cents/minute for calls originating in Italy, the United Kingdom and the Europe Zone

· 1.39 cents/minute for incoming calls

· 7 cents for each SMS sent

· 24.40 cents for each MMS sent

· 0.007 cents/KB for data traffic

· €2.02/minute for video calls originating in Italy, the United Kingdom and the Europe Zone

· €0.45/minute for video calls received and a connection fee of 16.13 cents/minute

Pricing criteria: per actual second for voice traffic; in 1KB increments for data traffic. Costs include VAT.

International traffic costs to the UK

For TIM Base 19, TIM Base Chat, TIM Base New, TIM Semplice, TIM Facile profiles:

· 99 cents/minute with a 19-cent connection fee

· 49 cents for each SMS

For all other basic plans for Pay-as-you-go and Subscription Customers:

· 50.84 cents / minute with a 19-cent connection fee

· 49 cents for each SMS

Pricing criteria: in 60-second advance increments. Costs include VAT.
