In general, this type of ad personam offer proposed by TIM cannot be activated by all customers but is offered exclusively via SMS, via the MyTIM app and customer area of ​​the operator’s official website, from IVR 40916, or from Customer Service 119.

In these hours, the Unlimited Giga 5G option dedicated to Black Friday is being offered to some of the operator’s customers via the MyTIM customer area. In any case, it is not excluded that the same offer could also be proposed via SMS or app notification, as happened with other ad personam offers.

Please note that the additional TIM Giga Unlimitati 5G option was launched for the first time in December 2022, during the Christmas period last year. After a few days, at the beginning of January 2023, it was closed for marketing and was then relaunched, for example, in February 2023.

Now, however, the same option has returned for the Black Friday and Cyber ​​Monday periods, which can be activated in particular from 20 to 30 November 2023, subject to changes.

As previously stated, TIM Giga Unlimitati 5G allows you to obtain “unlimited” mobile internet traffic that can also be used in 5G with speeds of up to 2 Gbps in download and 150 Mbps in upload, all at the price of 4.99 euros per month, at no cost of activation.

As always, for TIM offers that include “unlimited GB”, exceeding 600 GB per month is considered non-compliant use in good faith.

As regards Roaming in European Union countries, with this option, it is possible to use 5 gigabytes of data traffic every month.

This type of TIM offer is always to be considered additional to the data offer already active on the line; therefore, in the event that the latter is deactivated, the option you have chosen to activate will also automatically cease. Furthermore, since they are ad personal offers, they can be deactivated at any time but can no longer be reactivated if they are not offered again.

Unlike the other additional TIM options with unlimited data traffic, with TIM Giga Unlimitati 5G, you also get fifth-generation network enablement if this is not already present with the main offer active on your line.

In this regard, it is underlined that to be able to use TIM’s 5G, it is necessary to be in the areas covered by the operator and use a compatible device.

With this option proposed for Black Friday 2023, when the data connection takes place on the 4G network, a higher priority class is expected than the basic default one. As regards 3G, please note that following its progressive decommissioning, which began on 13 June 2022 and continued until mid-October 2022, this technology is now switched off throughout Italy.

As indicated by TIM, the Unlimited Giga 5G offer is subject to the clause that provides for an annual adjustment of the monthly cost based on the trend of inflation. In any case, TIM will apply the first annual change in the monthly cost starting from 1 April 2024.

Please also remember that the tariff offers of telephone operators may be subject to unilateral changes over time and, in these cases, the operator notifies the customer one month in advance as required by current legislation.

In the event of non-renewal due to insufficient credit, any TIM mobile offer is suspended for up to a maximum of 180 days, during which the customer pays according to consumption according to the basic tariff profile and until the remaining credit is exhausted.

If the Always Connected service is active on the mobile line, however, it can be deactivated from the MyTIM customer area, in case of exhausted credit it is possible to call, send SMS, and surf without limits in Italy and EU countries at the price of 0.90 euros per day, up to a maximum of 2 consecutive days.

At any time, however, the TIM customer can also activate the TIM Automatic Recharge service, with which renewals occur automatically and the offer therefore always remains usable.

As always, to take advantage of these TIM options, your SIM must have a credit greater than zero. It should also be noted that, with this option, the use of videos from smartphones and tablets in HD or UHD quality is envisaged.

For some time now, in addition to Unlimited 5G Gigabytes now available again on Black Friday 2023 for some customers, TIM also offers the possibility of obtaining unlimited 4G Gigabytes with the current add-ons at personalized prices starting from 1.99 euros per month.
