With this new offer, Telenor customers can now enjoy 1GB of data with only 999 Kyats (~USD$0.65) and data-savvy users can also enjoy 5GB with only 4,999 Kyats (~USD$3.24). A single purchase of both plans are valid for 30 days.

If customers subscribe 999 pack twice in a day, they will receive in total 2 GB (1GB x 2 subscriptions) of data usage and the validity will be 30 days from the last purchase date.

According to Telenor, Myanmar is a mobile-first country where smartphone penetration is very high. About 80% of Telenor Myanmar’s customers are smartphone users. Myanmar people use close to 5 hours of mobile data every day which has become more than double over the last two years.
