Telefonica adds data roaming to wholesale monitoring tool
Telefonica’s wholesale business unit, Telefonica International Wholesale Services (TIWS), announced that its Business Intelligence & Analytics product has just been enhanced with a new data roaming monitoring feature. telefonica data roaming
The feature for both 2G/3G definition (GTPv1) and 4G implementation (GTPv2) expands the range of international connectivity services supported by the Business Intelligence & Analytics tool.
With SCCP Global Signalling and LTE Diameter Exchange services already supported, Telefonica’s customers can now view all elements related to their international roaming activity and combine metrics from different environments into customised reports.
The company said the information now available on their roaming business combines with data on up to 140 KPIs and attributes to help operators improve their decision-making and customer satisfaction levels, while reducing overall operating costs.
